We are the one-stop shop for RTD sensors and a broad range of other temperature sensing products. Our inventory includes thousands of sensors and transmitters, so we can promptly supply ideal solutions. We offer RTD sensor probes of many types such as tip sensitive, immersion, bayonet mount, high temperature, mineral insulated, and plug sensors. They are available in many diameters including 0.125 inch, 4 mm, 0.188 inch, 0.215 inch, 6 mm, and 0.250 inch. Many of these senor probes can be cut to length for easy adjustments in the field using an ordinary tubing cutter. We also stock a broad selection of sensor accessories such as thermowells, adjustable fittings, and connection heads.
RTD sensors
We offer tip-sensitive RTDs that feature probe sensing tips made of copper alloy, providing twenty times more conductivity than stainless steel. This provides faster reactions to temperature changes. In addition, these probes indicate the temperature at the tip rather than the stem, ensuring high accuracy.
Also available are mineral-insulated RTDs that provide excellent performance for demanding industrial applications that involve high-levels of shock and vibration. Some of the applications they are typically used for include process control and measuring the efficiency of steam turbines.
One example of the plug sensors available is the TT363 integrated sensor/transmitter from Minco. This RTD sensor combines a platinum sensing element with transmitter capabilities, providing an easy-to-install solution.
We can also supply high temperature RTDs that cover the entire temperature scale of international standard EN60751. They are rated for temperatures from -200 to 600 degrees C (-328 to 1112 degrees F).
