The track components we have experience manufacturing include tie plates, joint bars, expansion joint kits, rail cross ties, rail car truck pedestals, and fixed bumping posts. Our custom manufacturing capabilities allow us to create solutions tailored to your specific requirements. We utilized advanced equipment to provide precise and efficient manufacturing services.

The equipment we use includes a variety of cutting machines, brake presses, turning centers, M.I.G. and T.I.G. welders, and more. For instance, we utilize a Hypertherm high definition plasma cutting machine that offers fast production times thanks to its very quick operation. In addition, we use a laser cutter for cutting steel sheets of up to 1" in thickness. Most of our equipment is C.N.C. controlled for high precision results.

We quickly expanded to manufacturing forms and molds, and later to custom metal fabrication in the 1980’s. Our company entered the railway component market in 1997.
