Quick disconnect couplings are required for safety in a variety of applications such as connecting pneumatic power tools to a hose. Our versatile manufacturing capabilities are due to our extensive inventory of state-of-the-art screw machines. We also offer a range of secondary operations and finishing services.

Machining process

We have more than 70 machines for performing first operations. They include CNC machines with capacities up to 60 mm, rotary transfer machines with capacities up to 45 mm, multi-spindle machines with capacities up to 1-3/4 inches, and single spindle machines with capacities up to 2-3/8 inches. Our secondary operations department is equipped to perform milling, assembly, thread rolling, and more. We also work with a nuber of certified sub-contractors to offer finishes including anodized, heat treated, magni coated, or plated in tin, nickel, zinc, chrome, or silver.
