Push Lock Fasteners

Remove and install metal and plastic panels WITHOUT SCREWS.

The use of metal or plastic panels in industries such as machine manufacturing, the medical field, or electronics is becoming quite common.

Sugatsune has a complete series of Push Lock Fasteners (252F, 152F, 251F, 151 F, 255F, 155F), which will allow manufacturers to use them with the panels and provide greater security and easy installation for their customers. Sugatsune Push Lock fasteners are available in two types of materials: resin and stainless steel (suitable for corrosive environments).

Push Lock fasteners are commonly used in a wide variety of applications to securely hold two or more components together. One of the features to note is that the Push Lock prevents vibration release, which is an important factor in their use.

They also simplify the assembly process and provide a convenient and effective way of locking parts in place. They have a head or button, which is designed to simplify the application of manual pressure.

Its design allows for a cleaner appearance, as it will flush when closed, while a single “push” will open, giving a simpler and more convenient use.

The 152 FT Push Lock Fastener features a flush locking design that prevents accidental unlocking, and only a pointed object can be used to unlock the lock. In this way, the locking piece stays in the panel even when the panel is unlocked.

Once the push lock is in place, installation or removal of a panel will be quick and easy. All of this, combined with their simple operation and reliability, makes them the best choice for a wide variety of applications, especially in the automation, electronics, and furniture manufacturing industries. Push and don’t screw!
