Product coding marking devices

Our marking devices are available in nine standard models that offer marking heads of various sizes. We supply rubber type that can be attached to the marking heads to create messages such as product codes, pricing, dating, symbols, and more. These marking heads are removable to allow messages to be quickly changed. In addition, we can supply machines with adjustable band heads that enable users to "dial in" different characters and symbols.

Some of the key features and benefits of our marking devices include the simple design for high reliability, hardened wear surfaces for long life, and sealed ink system to allow immediate start-up. These machines can be mounted in any orientation and incorporated into existing production lines to provide automatic marking. Alternatively, they can be supplied in benchtop or benchmount systems for standalone operation.

They have hardened wear surfaces, rods, and bearings to provide smooth action and minimum wear over millions of cycles.  We can also build custom-designed solutions to suit special requirements. For instance, we have made split reservoirs for distributing different types of ink with the same marking head motion, and custom heads for marking around tubular surfaces such as rubber hose.
