Printing rollers

We manufacture a variety of rollers for printing and coating. The types we can provide include flexographic plate cylinders, anilox roll bases, rotogravure bases, cooling and heating drums, and precision coating rolls. We can also offer idler rolls in plain, grooved, and herringbone varieties. Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to offer custom rollers with diameters of up to 72′ and lengths up to 420′. 

In addition to manufacturing, we offer a range of repair and reconditioning services. Dynamic and static balancing is available for rolls ranging up to 108′ in diameter and 360′ long. We can perform surface honing, polishing, and precision cylindrical grinding (straight, concave, or parabolic crown). For chrome plated and nickel plated rollers, we can grind and polish to create any type of finish ranging from textured to 1 RA.  These grinding services are available for rolls up to 60′ in diameter and 420′ in length.

Reconditioning services also include the straightening, building up, and machining of journals, as well as drilling air holes for sleeve systems.
