Pressure switches

Here are some details on our various types of pressure switches:

• Diaphragm models for low pressure applications (up to 150 psi) involving pulsations of fewer than 25 cycles per minute. They provide accuracy to ± 0.5%. Single, dual, and triple setting units are available, and configurations include housed, stripped, and explosion proof.
• Dia-seal piston models for general purpose use. They combine the accuracy of diaphragm switches with the long life and high pressure capacities of piston switches. Choices for construction include stripped, NEMA 4, and explosion-proof NEMA 7 and 9.
• Sealed piston models for long life performance in demanding hydraulic applications. Their maximum operating ranges go up to 12,000 psi. They will provide millions of maintenance-free cycles, and are suitable for uses involving more than 25 pulsations per minute. Single, dual, and double pole double throw setting switches are available. The options for enclosures include NEMA 3, 4, 12, 13, and explosion-proof types.
• Bourdon tube models that are well-suited for high-pressure applications (up to 18,999 psi) that require instrument accuracy of ± 0.5% and involve fewer than 25 cycles per minute. Stripped, housed, and explosion-proof configurations are available.
• Differential models for applications involving low differential pressures, ranging from 0.3 to 150 psid. They offer instrument accuracy to ± 0.5%.
• Vacuum models for applications with pulsations of less than 25 cycles/minute, and where high accuracy is required.
