Downhole, top side and off shore options
We carry three types of pressure activation products. These versatile parts work in a variety of applications, so no matter what type of task you need to complete, we can help.
Our top side discs and holders come in three models, each with unique features. Hydraulic Tubing Drain discs replace o-rings and moving parts, ensuring that strings do not get stuck in tubing. They come in three pressure settings and will not succumb to corrosion. Like Hydraulic Tubing Drain discs, Conventional Pre-Bulged Rupture discs do away with moving parts, making them less likely to fail. CPD rupture discs, however, are designed to lower pressure levels once they get too dangerous. Finally, oil and gas rupture disc holders fit tightly to tubing at a 30-degree angle, allowing for easier installation and removal.
Downhole options include our Pressure Activation Device, which offers burst tolerances within a two per cent margin and seals a wide range of products. Our energetic devices can perform detonation, ignite fuses and create time delays in blasting applications, while power generators include valves, cutters, bolts and more.
