We perform precision machining to create custom products. We have experience creating many different types of parts and devices for industries ranging from plumbing to aerospace. We have over 100 different machines that give us the capability to quickly produce products of top quality. We continually replace any aging machines to give our clients the benefit of enhanced capability, increased efficiency, and the latest technology. In addition to precision machining we offer many finishing services.  We have been in business since 1962 and we have the experience to produce best parts for your particular application.

Precision Machining

We perform machining services to produce a wide range of parts.  As a custom shop, we excel at being flexible to meet the requirements of our customers. We have an array of multi-spindle machines, CNC machines, rotary transfer machines and more. They have capacities ranging up to 2-3/8 inches. We also provide secondary operations including grinding, thread rolling, milling, and assembly. We have a network of certified sub-contractors to perform some finishing processes including heat treating, anodizing, coatings, and plating with nickel, tin, zinc, chrome, and silver.

Precision machining process

The process for producing your precision machined parts begins when you provide us an RFQ for your new product including the initial design and estimated annual usage. Our engineers and estimating professionals will go over your design in search of any ways to save you money or optimize the functionality of your product. We will provide a quote including turnaround time, cost, and any suggestions for design changes. We can provide sample parts for your approval before moving ahead to the full production run. Once your parts are complete, we can store them until they are needed.  The process is designed to ensure your satisfaction and give the best value for the manufacturing cost.
