L & M Precision Products Inc. has the capability to custom manufacture all types of parts thanks to our flexibility in design, manufacturing, and finishing services. We have been ISO registered since 1997, and have been serving a variety of industries for more than 50 years.

Precision machine parts

We have an extensive array of equipment that includes more than 70 state-of-the-art screw machines. This equipment provides our custom machining shop with versatile capabilities.  For instance, we use CNC machines with capacities up to 60mm, multi-spindle machines up to 1-3/4", and rotary transfer machines up to 45mm. We continually upgrade this equipment by investing in newer machines with enhanced capabilities. As a result, L & M Precision Products can machine parts of all levels of complexity in either small or large volume runs.

In addition to our first-operation machining capabilities, we can offer a full selection of secondary operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, broaching, thread rolling, centreless and plunge grinding, assembly, and more. We also work with certified sub-contractors to offer finishing processes including black oxide, heat treating, nickel plating.

Machining expertise

We have experience serving customers in a wide range of industries, from aerospace and military to consumer products and appliances. This experience has resulted in our ability to produce parts to meet any requirement. To offer the best materials to suit the application, we can work with a wide variety of metals such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, copper alloys, lead-free brass. We can also work with plastics such as nylon and Teflon.

Our precision machine parts are designed, manufactured, and finished in our 50,000 square foot facility by our team of over 70 skilled professionals.
