Powered and accumulation roller conveyors

We offer a wide range of accumulating roller conveyors. The beds on these models measure 6-1/2 inches deep, made with 12 gauge formed steel and powder coated. The frame widths are available ranging from 12 inches to 42 inches. The rollers are available in diameters of 1-3/8, 1.9, or 2-1/2 inches. The motors on these conveyors are usually ½ horsepower, and some models are available with 2 HP.

We can provide curved sections for our accumulating conveyors. They have turn angles of 30, 45, 60, or 90 degrees. These sections can be slave driven from another conveyor or self-powered. All of our conveyor models are available with optional accessories such as electrical controls, package stops, and poly-tier supports.
