For one of Canada’s most impressive selections of valves, pumps, gears, and more, manufacturers need to look nowhere else but ODE Valve Canada. Our lineup includes pneumatic valves, including several series of on-off valves and three models of pneumatic actuated valves. These units are designed and manufactured with the same high standards of quality and reliability to which our parent company has adhered for close to six decades. Angle seat, modular, coaxial, and direct-acting variations are available from ODE’s portfolio.

Pneumatic valves are among the components that control pressure, rate, and air levels in pneumatic systems. These systems rely on the force of compressed air to transmit power and are used in many industrial applications, from pneumatic pressure power tools to diesel engines. These valves come in a wide variety of designs for different applications, including two-, three-, or four-way directional models and open or closed.

ODE Valve Canada supplies the following types of pneumatic on-off valves:

• IZ1 series. A new line of angle seat valves, built out of high-quality corrosion-resistant material. A complete range of two-way valves available in normally closed, normally open, and double-acting configurations, with above/below seat flow direction.
• IZ3 series. These pneumatic valves are easy to convert into modular solutions, enabling creation of correct manifolds for specific applications.
• EZ1 series. This design is distinguished by a stainless steel AISI 304 body, an anodized aluminum actuator, and a PTFE seating seal. Solely available with the “double-acting with spring (N.C.)” actuator type.
• SH series. Coaxial valves with a special body design with a linear flow path that enables low pressure losses. The all-in-one body design allows compact weight and size. Also includes NAMUR mounting interface.

We also offer three models of pneumatic actuated valves. The 31A is a direct-acting, three-way, normally closed solenoid valve with eight-watt coils and pressure of up to 290 pounds per square inch (psi). The 21IA and 21IA-IP1 are two-way angle seat valves with air-operated coils; the former can reach 203 psi, while the latter can reach 580 psi.
