Plastics printing machines

We offer a range of nine standard machine models that can print messages of different sizes, ranging up to 2 square inches. That means we can supply machines that are the ideal size for the application, to provide the lowest possible operating cost.

Our machines can provide high-speed marking. Depending on the machine model and the surface to be marked, the maximum speeds range from 150 to 350 cycles per minute. The inks used Sprinter machines is also quick drying, as they can dry to the touch in as little as one second on most non-porous surfaces, and quicker on porous surfaces. A variety of switches can be used to activate these machines, including proximity switches, electrical timers, and mechanical trigger switches.

Another key feature of our versatile printing machines is they can be mounted in any orientation. If the application requires the machine to feed ink against gravity, a wick is incorporated in the ink reservoir to assist the flow.
