Johnston Industrial Plastics distributes plastics shapes in many materials. We also have more than three decades of experience distributing Leister and Wegener’s hot air welding tools for all thermoplastics, including hot air blowers, automatic welding machines, extrusion welders, and accessories such as welding rods, tracking jets and heat shrink nozzles. Our teams in Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg and Edmonton all stock these tools, and are committed to getting products to customers quickly, no matter the location.
Plastic Welding Tools Product Line
Johnston Industrial Plastics distributes many hot air welding tools from Leister Technologies, including the Triac S and the Weldmax. The easy to use Triac S features an automatic shut off when carbon brushes wear out to avoid armature damage, an additional heater tube sleeve to prevent burns during use, and electronic protection of the heater element. The Weldmax extrusion welder is versatile and quiet, and works well in confined spaces. It offers continuous, independent adjustment of temperatures and output rates, motor start-up protection and twist-free welding rod intake.
