Our injection molding technique is used to create top-quality plugs for a variety of applications. After we have determined a design for the product and made a prototype, we make a mold that will determine the shape and function of your plug. Next, we place the mold into a cavity and pour your desired plastic into a hot barrel, which melts it and exerts pressure, pushing the material into the mold for cooling.
