Plastic Piping Systems

At IPEX Inc., we design and manufacture a wide range of integrated thermoplastic piping systems. Our products include pipes, fittings, flanges, strainers and valves, and are used in municipal water services, acid waste removal and residential drainage systems, among other usages. Our well-informed sales and technical teams walk clients through attributes, uses and installation methods for any of our products. We are committed to quality, innovation and performance, and heavily invest in both talent and technology. We are also committed to our stringent safety standards and participation in environmental programs. We believe that it is essential to minimize the environmental impact of chemical waste.

Plastic Piping Systems Product Lines

For municipalities, we provide several choices in sewer pipe and water service systems made from various PVC compounds, all of which are non-corroding and easy to install. For industrial activities, we offer piping systems for acid waste removal, compressed air movement, double containment, among other applications. We also manufacture piping systems for the home, including systems for potable water distribution, drainage, flue gas venting and fire protection.

Plastic Piping Systems Industrial Applications

IPEX Inc. has decades of experience in manufacturing piping systems for the electrical, telecommunications and utility industries, for their work in municipal, industrial, commercial and residential areas. We also focus on environmentally-friendly applications.

Plastic Piping Systems Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing process depends on the piping system being made, but we are always committed to innovative technology and design, and high-quality products that are always geared to their intended purpose. Our PVC sewer pipes, for example, resist chemicals and corrosion, and are therefore unaffected by sewer gases or sulfuric acid. Their strength and flexibility also enable them to withstand high pressures from earth settlement and soil movement. We make Duratec Airline pipes, for the industrial compressed air and inert gas markets, by permanently binding an aluminum core to many layers of high-density polyethylene plastic. They offer more corrosion resistance than traditional metal compressed air pipes.
