Flexa is a conduit and fitting manufacturer that offers a full range of plastic and metal conduits, as well as corresponding fittings and accessories. Designed for cable protection, these products are applicable for temperatures from -60 to 300 degrees Celsius, comply with an IP69K rating, resist solvents and ultraviolet rays, and are liquid-tight.

A conduit is a tube used to protect and route electrical wiring or cable, often in buildings and other structures. In addition to plastic, these tubes may be constructed of metal, fibre, or fired clay; most of them are rigid, but flexible options are available. The plastic version is usually considered the lightest in weight and, therefore, lower in cost. Plastic tends to offer better protection because of its resistance to corrosion, oil, acids, moisture, liquids, high wear, and abrasion, as well as high performance in extreme temperatures.

Flexa conduits are applicable to a wide variety of industries, such as machinery, robotics, and transportation. CSA Group-approved and UL-listed, these devices support NPT, PG, and metric thread types and have outer diameters ranging from ten to 106 millimetres. With the unique Flexaquick system, no tools are needed for installation.

At IBIS, we offer two brands of Flexa plastic conduits, AIRflex and ROHRflex. We carry about 70 different models of these AIRflex conduits, in blue and grey colours. Most are regular-type conduits with file profiles, with varying static bend radii, dynamic bend radii, inner and outer diameters, and weights. Special features include galvanized wire braids, for demanding wire applications, and EMC shielding factors. They are available in ten-metre coils and other packaging options.

In addition, we carry numerous models of ROHRflex corrugated plastic conduits, in such colours as black, grey, and orange. These fine-profile tubes also come in a wide variety of bend radii, diameters, and weights. They can be used with a broad range of Flexaquick fittings and accessories.
