Oilfield chains
Our Energy Series oil field chain offers a range of features such as high strength pins, ballized holes for smooth contact, factory applied hot lube, and solid rollers. In addition, the link plates on this chain are pitch compensated to ensure maximum strength, and the chain is pre-stressed for performance. The chain also offers superior bushings that are precision formed for smaller sizes and solid for large sizes. Energy Series chain is available in a range for sizes from RS80 to RS240H, and single strand to quadruple strand.
Quality manufacturing
Our oilfield chains are produced using high quality manufacturing. For instance, the pins in our Energy Series chain are made from special materials, precision ground, and heat treated using our proprietary process. This provides increased fatigue strength and better shockload resistance. In addition, by pre-stressing all of our chains, we ensure uniform load distribution and minimize the initial elongation. We also dip each chain in hot lubricant, which penetrates deeper than surface sprays, and extends the chain’s working life.
