Oil water separators

Our selection of equipment for oil/water separators includes level monitors and alarms. These monitors and controls use capacitance technology which features no moving parts, no need for routine cleaning, and low maintenance. This method involves a probe that is submerged in the liquid. As the amount of separated oil changes, this affects the capacitance surrounding the probe. The probe tracks these changes, and can provide a 4-20 mA analogue output.

We also supply control panels with touch screen interfaces that offer easy to read display of readings, and can show trends over hourly, daily, or monthly periods. All of the set-up, calibration, and diagnostic processes are performed at the control panel. Our control panels can be mounted well away from the process (up to 1km with no signal loss) to ensure operator safety and convenience.
