Arjay Engineering Ltd provides monitors, controls and alarms for analyzing oil and water in a variety of applications. They feature easy calibration, no moving parts, adjustable sensitivity and time delays to avoid nuisance alarms. Many of our products use capacitance technology that eliminates the need for routine cleaning. We also have oil in water analyzers that use fluorescence and light scatter technology.  We offer monitors that are certified for use in hazardous locations. Oil and water analyzers

Oil/water interface monitors and controls: probe mounted and remote mounted options for monitoring of oil/water interface and emulsions.

Oil-in-water monitors: for continuously monitoring water samples for concentration of hydrocarbons in ppm or as a percentage. Alarms can be set within 0-1000 ppm.

Oil-on-water: floating hydrocarbon sensors for monitoring the surface of water and alerting when oil separates to the surface.  They are useful to alert of oil spills or to control pumps.

Water in oil monitors: continuous monitoring of the percent concentration of water in oil emulsions. The probes have an operating temperature range from -60 C to 260 C.

Oil/water separator monitors and controls: interface monitoring of containments, sump pits and oil/water separators.  They feature Teflon and stainless steel wetted parts with high resistance to corrosion.
