Multi-zone temperature controllers

We can supply the 32DZ series 1/32 DIN temperature/process controller from Love Controls. This unit offers advanced features at an affordable price. It is the first dual zone controller in the 1/32 DIN size. It has a semi-universal input so it can be used with a variety of thermocouples, RTDs, voltage and current inputs. Each zone has a single set point with mechanical relay, a 5 VDC pulsed output, or AC SSR. It comes standard with independent Fuzzy Logic, Self-Tune, and Peak/Valley indication capabilities.

Another of the multi-zone temperature control products available is the CT124 eight-channel temperature monitor from Minco. This monitor can scan up to eight RTDs, provide on/off control, give early warning of machine failure. It is capable of monitoring and controlling several loops at once, as the input zones can be grouped with output relays in any combination.

In addition, we offer controllers with MODBUS communication capabilities that can be used in combination with up to 10 controllers to create a flexible system for multi-zone temperature control. One example is the OMR-100 1/8 DIN digital program controller from Shinko. It features auto/manual control, a large LED display, and NEMA 4X protective construction.
