Motor winding temperature sensors

We supply RTDs and thermocouples that are designed for installation between stator windings to provide continuous motor protection. They include a wide selection including sensor dimensions to fit any machine, as wells as single and dual element RTDs.

Also available are flexible RTDs and thermocouples that feature easy installation and response times as low as 0.1 seconds. They include models for either point sensing or area average sensing. A number of options for insulations are available including Kapton, polyimide, and silicone rubber. In addition, special models are available with fine wire elements and transparent insulations.

We offer miniature bi-metal thermostats for motor protection. They are snap-acting and offer proven performance. These sensors are perfect for applications where space is limited. They are available with a range of leads, insulating sleeves, and terminations.

We can supply thermistors with temperature ranges from 60 to 180 degrees C. They can be connected in series to provide economical thermal protection of windings and machines with various limit temperatures.
