At Firing Industries, we can supply you with mixers from Hosokawa Micron B.V. There are nearly a dozen lines of mixers, including ribbon mixers and blenders, ribbon paddle mixers and screw mixers. These consist of high, medium, and low-shear mixers, which can make your operations more efficient. For example, the Vitromix mid-shear mixer has ultra-quick cycles  and eight times more transport volume than traditional screw cone mixers. The unique rotor design of the Intensomix allows it to maximize powder transport. This ribbon paddle mixer is best used when high shearing has caused product deformation or low shearing has caused inadequate mixing.

Many mixers have a compact design, making them easily accessible. Some come with self-cleaning capabilities, saving you time and maintenance costs.

Mixer Applications

Mixers work with segregate, free flowing and cohesive materials, as well as pastes. The Extrud-O-Mix pressure kneader accepts plastic masses or generates its own, mixing and kneading in one step.
