Miniature wire

Some examples of the various types of miniature wire we can supply include:

• Ultra flexible sub-miniature and microminiature hook-up wire. This wire has a fine, soft bare stranded copper conductor and thin PVC walls. It is well suited to continuous flexing operations. The insulation provides excellent flexing and limpness characteristics at temperatures from -40 degrees C to 105 degrees C. It will resist oils, acids, alkalis, and solvents. This wire is also designed to minimize kinking and fatigue.
• Ultra flexible microminiature FEP lead wire. This wire has a copper conductor with a high strand count. It is insulated with a 3.5 mil wall of FEP. It is suitable for use in medical applications where non-toxic insulation, small diameters, and long flex-life are required.  It will stand up to repeated flexing in high and low temperature extremes.
• Ultra flexible high strand silicone rubber wire. This wire offers increased conductor flexibility as it uses a high strand count of fine tined copper. The insulation is flexible extruded silicone rubber. It can handle continuous flexing, and is suitable for both commercial and military applications where long life and flexibility is required.
