Abrasive blasting
We can help you remove unwanted scale with our abrasive blasting techniques and pickling agents. Using an air pressure gun, we fire glass beads at your product, which shaves off unnecessary and harmful material such mill scale. Not only will this prepare allow you to paint or coat your product, it will make the process easier and more effective. Your product’s finish will also take on a bright, smooth feel, eliminating harmful scale.
Our pickling agents come in two varieties: Compound 24 and Compound 310. Each strip rust and oxidation away from metals such as copper, brass, steel and iron, leaving a smooth and strong surface.
