Red meat processing chain
Delrin bushed conveyor chain does not require lubrication, even in wet and corrosive environments. It is typically used in meat processing and packaging plants. This chain features K-2 attachments, stainless steel bushings, and rollers with acetal inserts. In addition, the pins, sidebars, and rollers are electro-galvanized.
Drop forged rivetless chain is often used for trolley conveyors as well as long overhead conveyors such as primary processing lines in slaughterhouses. This chain features open joint construction for easy wash downs.
UWL chain offers 40 per cent longer life than standard rivetless chain. This long life is due to the special steels and pin hardening process used in its construction. This chain can be supplied in both X-style and barloop style.
