Since 1963, Continental Conveyor & Machine Works has manufactured conveyors, bucket elevators, stackers and other mechanical bulk materials handling equipment, systems and components. Material Handling Equipment Product Line

We manufacture a wide variety of material handling equipment, including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, weigh feeders and apron feeders. Our bucket elevators provide efficient and reliable ways to elevate any loose bulk material ranging from 300 mesh to 5” lump size with a capacity from 300 CFH to 5400 CFD. Centrifugal bucket elevators suit fine materials and small lumps, while continuous bucket elevators suit sluggish and lumpy materials. Our weigh feeders feature a controlled drive system, belt scale, speed sensor and integrator. In shearing applications, they meter a specific bed depth of material from a hopper opening. In wild flow applications, material is pre-fed into the weigh feeder’s inlet by a screw feeder or another device. We always consider material properties, accuracy requirements, hopper characteristics and more when suggesting the weigh feeder that best suits your needs.

In addition to investing in experienced and dedicated team in both our facilities, we work with many specialty production machines, including plate shears, press brakes, plate bending rolls and pantographs. These allow us to make numerous top-quality mechanical bulk materials handling products under one roof. Both plants also have in-house shot-blast cleaning facilities, and machine shops that perform our milling, turning and boring.
