A quantum leap forward in mass flow measurement and control, these FLEXI-FLOW compact devices are compact, innovative units that offer high accuracy through an onboard FLUIDAT gas database and real-time conversion. Available from Hoskin, the series comprises three variants:

• Preconfigured Advanced (PA). Mass flow controllers in four ranges (FS), ½/two/five/20 normal litres per minute, with a turndown of one to 500, measuring flow, temperature, and pressure.
• Preconfigured Standard (PS). Mass flow controllers in four ranges (FS), ½/two/five/20 normal litres per minute, with a turndown of one to 50, measuring flow and temperature.
• Built to Order (BtO). Mass flow controllers and meters, with a free selection of ranges from ½ to 20 normal litres per minute and a turndown of one to 1,000. Includes multi-channel models with up to eight channels.

Other great FLEXI-FLOW features include a separate USB-C communication interface, environmental sustainability, and predictive maintenance. Because of its ultra-thin tube, the sensor reacts instantaneously to changes in the gas flow, which results in extremely fast flow measurement. When combined with a direct-acting control valve, these instruments acheive settling times shorter than 150 milliseconds.
