All our products are manufactured in our 40,000 square foot plant in Troy, MI.
Magnets Product Line
We manufacture a wide variety of magnets, including electromagnets, magnetic lifting tools, magnetic chucks, and demagnetizers.
Our multilifts can handle up to 13 pounds depending on the model. They are ideal for lifting small iron and steel parts from stock bins, boxes, kegs, tables and floors. Their smooth and uninterrupted sides allow magnets to burrow quickly and easily into loose materials. A fingertip pull on the release bar drops the load. Standard units have a nylon lower case. Stainless steel lower cases are available for hot or very abrasive materials.

Our standard and heavy-duty rotary magnetic sweepers are ideal for clearing large areas, like driveways. Standard sweepers pick up iron and steel particles. The entire surface of the rotating 1-1/8 inch aluminum tube is used. These sweepers are made with ceramic magnets. Alnico magnets are needed to pick up steel shots. Heavy-duty sweepers are best used to pick up tramp iron. These permanent magnets attract iron from a distance of three to five inches. The bottom of these sweepers is made from two stainless steel plates. The lower plate stays still. A depressing handle pivots the top plate and magnets away from the lower plate. Sweepers can be towed behind trucks or forklifts.

Our knowledgeable staff uses state-of-the-art equipment and tools to produce our line of top-quality electromagnets, as well as specially ordered permanent magnetic and electromagnetic tools. We repair all makes of electromagnetic and permanent magnetic chucks.
