At L & M Precision Products Inc., we perform machine work using an array of top-of-the-line equipment including CNC, multi-spindle, and rotary transfer machines. We have a team of more than 70 experienced and qualified professionals who perform our machine work. Because our company is employee-owned, our professionals have an exceptional level of commitment to product quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. To achieve those goals, we regularly upgrade our equipment and reassess our processes. In addition to machine work, we can offer engineering support, secondary operations, and finishing services.

Machine work capabilities

Our extensive range of equipment enables us to tackle projects at all levels of complexity, from small to large volume runs. Some of the equipment we use includes Citizen CNC Swiss Type automatic lathes, Davenport 5-spindle automatic screw machines, and Hydromat rotary transfer machines. They offer large maximum capacities that provide our company with its versatile machine work capabilities.

• CNC machines: capacities up to 60mm
• Multi spindle machines: capacities up to 1-3/4 inch
• Rotary transfer machines: capacities up to 45mm
• Single spindle machines: capacities up to 2-3/8 inch

We also offer a range of secondary operations including milling, drilling, broaching and thread rolling, as well as finishing services such as heat treating, plating, black oxide, and magni coating.  We can work with a variety of materials including steels, brass, aluminum, titanium, copper alloys, and plastics such as nylon and Teflon.

Machining expertise

L & M Precision Products Inc. was founded in 1962. Over the years we have continually improved and expanded our services. We have also gained experience serving customers from a range of diverse industries including aerospace, automotive, appliances, healthcare, military, plumbing, lighting, and food and beverage. This experience has resulted in our ability to design and machine parts to suit special requirements. In addition, more than half of our employees have been with the company for over 20 years.
