We use a large array of top-of-the-line screw machines to produce parts, assemblies, and devices with a high level of precision. In addition, these machines offer versatile capabilities and rapid production speeds. This enables us to take on any project, no matter the scope or complexity. We also offer inventory management services from our Toronto-based production facility that spans 50,000 square feet. We use computerized inventory control and systems. This allows us to produce and store clients’ products while creating a release schedule to meet their needs, whether that’s weekly, monthly, or a custom schedule.

Screw machines

We use more than 70 screw machines in our first operations department.  They include CNC machines with capacities up to 60 mm, multi-spindle machines with capacities up to 1-3/4 inches, single spindle machines with up to 2-3/8 inch capacities, and rotary transfer machines with up to 45 mm capacities. In addition, we have a secondary operation department capable of broaching, assembly, thread rolling, and more. A range of finishes are also available such as black oxide, zinc plating, heat treated, anodized, and plated in zinc, nickel, chrome, or silver.

Machining process

Clients can provide their initial designs to receive a quote. Our engineering and estimating teams review those designs, and provide any appropriate feedback including suggested enhancements to optimize the products’ functionality and cost-effectiveness. Any revisions are sent for approval from the client. A sample part can also be provided prior to the start of a full production run.
