At L & M Precision Products Inc., our main goal is customer satisfaction. We produce machine parts of top quality for use in a variety of markets across North America. We have the capability to produce all types of machined parts thanks to our comprehensive array of state of the art equipment, and parts are available in a wide range of materials and finishes. To ensure our products always meet customer requirements, we utilize a comprehensive quality assurance program, continually invest in new equipment, and employ experienced and licensed professional engineers. Our products often exceed clients’ expectations as we always seek out new ways to improve on initial designs.

Machine parts

Our 50,000 square foot facility is equipped with over 100 machines including CNC, single-spindle, multiple-spindle, and rotary transfer machines. This high-precision equipment allows us to efficiently produce parts of any level of complexity, in small or large volume runs. We can also work with a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper alloys, lead-free brass, and plastics such as nylon and Teflon.

In addition, we work with certified sub-contractors to offer a range of finishing processes. Some of the finishes available include black oxide, heat treating, magni coating, and plating in tin, zinc, nickel, chrome, or silver.

Manufacturing expertise

We are an employee-owned, non-union shop that has been in business for more than 50 years. Our professional engineers draw on more than six decades of combined experience to enhance product designs. They can provide clients with design suggestions that will improve performance or lower manufacturing costs.

If design enhancements are in order, the engineering and estimating teams will provide feedback and revised drawings for client approval. To ensure complete satisfaction, we can also provide a sample part before starting the full production run.
