Sugatsune has developed a range of handles with rigorous testing in manufacturing, which meet clients’ requirements for the machine industry. The handles below have undergone testing in which weight or force is applied in the upper vertical direction.

The MH-P series of handles is ideal for semiconductor, manufacturing-machinery, and transparent applications. The handle has two lengths and is made of lead-free, chemical-resistant, and weather-proof PVC in clear finish. It has a high profile, which allows clear passage of gloved hands. The MH-P is compliant with SEMI S8-0308 guideline.

The MDH series of handles consists of offset or inline post, depending on the selected bracket. The handle has ten lengths with 304 stainless steel material available in satin finish or carbon-fibre-reinforced polymer material in clear finish. The carbon material is coated using a special UV beam to prevent discoloration; additionally, the material is lightweight and high-strength with a distinct texture.

The MSH series of straight handles has flat surfaces with edges that curve inwards, accentuating the length. This sleek handle has three lengths and is available in matte-anodized silver and black. With a comfortable and firm grip, it has weight capacity of up to 51 kg (112 lbs.).

The SYH series of handles features anti-bacterial surface finish, composed of aluminum and silver ion coating, which is ideal for use in medical and food equipment. This slightly rounded handle has a straight-edge design line, which gives a contemporary look. For sturdiness, it has weight capacity of up to 51 kg (112 lbs.). The handle has four lengths available in black and silver finishes.

The SOR series of large handles is made of aluminum with slightly curved design. The handle has three lengths and is available in anodized and black finishes. Ideal for machinery lids or doors on which a large handle is required.
