Industrial vacuum systems

Portable high vacuum systems are available for the removal and filtration of fumes from welding operations in hard to reach spaces. They are light-weight so they are easy to carry from one welding station to another.

Stationary low vacuum systems are available such as the Statiflex line of extraction and filtration units. These wall mounted systems are perfect for facilities with fixed welding stations and limited floor space. They are designed to offer optimal motion and reach. They are ideal for facilities such as maintenance departments, general fabrication shops, weld schools, and industrial welding environments.

Downdraft tables are available that act as both a work bench and extraction unit. They provide welding fume extraction at the source and can also be used for metal grinding and plasma arc cutting to remove particulate and dust.

A range of general filtration solutions are available including high or low vacuum central systems.  They use a central turbine and filter to provide suction throughout the plant.  Also available are circulator systems for smaller shops or work areas. They improve indoor air quality by continuously moving clean, filtered air into the facility.
