We manufacture many permanent magnets that are suitable for a wide variety of applications in many industries. It can be difficult to select the magnet that works best for your needs, but we are happy to advise and even custom-manufacture the permanent magnet that works best for you.

Our permanent lifting magnets can be used indoors or outdoors, and have been engineered to handle heavy ferrous blocks. This makes them excellent tools for automotive and construction industries.

Our rectangular lifting magnets have been perfected for lifting slabs, billets, castings, forgings, thick single plates or multiple smaller plates. Their deep magnetic field guarantees holding through irregular surfaces.

Our battery operated lift magnets run on a self-contained power source. They do not need outside power sources to operate. This means they can be used inside and outside of plants. They are best used with high density materials, including thick steel plates, blocks, smooth surfaced forgings, steel and cast iron castings, heavy, rigid, flat structural steel and burnouts. They are ideal for lifting heavy work on and off grinders, drill presses and mills. They come with a heavy duty on-off release switch, safe charge indicator, 12-Volt charger and automotive type battery and charger cable. Their built-in battery charger plugs into any 115-Volt AC outlet. Remote controls are optional and must be requested when ordering.

Working out of our 40,000 square foot facility, our staff has the knowledge and equipment to produce our line of top-quality electromagnets. We specialize in designing custom magnetic products, including permanent magnetic and electromagnetic tools. We also repair all makes of electromagnetic and permanent magnetic chucks.
