Inclined Conveyors

We provide inclined conveyors designed for moving product between different elevations. They are ideal for operations that involve conveying between floor levels, and are also well suited for transferring materials from buildings to vehicles, or for use as a booster in gravity conveyor systems. Our incline/decline conveyors are capable of being set at any angle from completely horizontal up to 45°, so they can be conveniently adjusted to suit the current application. Norpak Handling Limited provides products of the highest quality at the most competitive prices, often delivered within one week.

Inclined conveyors

Here are some specifications on our various models of inclined conveyors.

C – Cleated Belt: This model has a belt with hardwood cleats spaced 60″ apart. Available belt widths are 14″, 18″, 24″, & 30″, and it has a capacity up to 520 lbs.

SBI – Floor To Floor Slider Bed: This conveyor can be adjusted up to a 30° incline. The available belt widths range from 10″ to 24″ in 2″ increments, as well as 28″, 30″, 34″ and 36″. Its weight capacity is 100 lbs. per linear foot.

RBI – Floor To Floor Roller Bed: This model ensures a smooth transfer from incline to horizontal, because the discharge end is equipped with an adjustable double nose-over. It is available in the same belt widths as the SBI model, and can handle weights of up to 225 lbs. per linear foot.

All three models feature beds made with 12 ga. formed steel frame that is finished with powder coating. The standard lengths of the bed sections are 6′, 8′ and 10′. They are also reversible and available with adjustable floor supports.
