Hydraulic oil coolers

The available selection of air-to-oil models includes DC fan, AC fan, radiator, and hydraulically powered fan designs. These products utilize a patented hollow core profile. As a result, the coolers experience less strain and will last much longer than conventional models, by a factor of 3 to 5, depending on the application. The welded construction is entirely made of aluminum, which makes them lightweight, suitable for any hydraulic fluid, able to provide the highest heat rejection density available.

Our water-to-oil coolers use a brazed plate design and offer the most space efficient option in the industry. The plates are made using 316 stainless steel for high resistance to corrosion and compatibility with all hydraulic fluids. These coolers are rated to handle fluid temperatures up to 350 F and working pressures up to 450 psi.  

In addition to coolers, we can provide a range of accessories such as bulbwells, water strainers, fan controllers, temperature switches, modulating water valves, and three-way thermostatic valves.
