Hot bearing alarms

We supply a variety of sensors designed for measuring bearing temperatures. They include RTD and thermocouple probes with stainless steel or fiberglass sheaths and fast-responding copper tips. These sensors are rated for temperatures from -50 to 260 degrees C (-58 to 500 degrees F). They are available with a range of adjustable spring-loaded fittings and connection heads, and in probe diameters including 0.188 inches, 0.215 inches, and 0.250 inches. In addition, we offer miniature bearing embedment RTDs and thermocouples. These sensors from Minco feature rugged design and are available with Teflon, stainless steel, and polyimide overbraid lead wires.

We also provide a range of instruments to monitor bearing temperature and provide hot bearing alarms. They include one-channel and two-channel alarms, as well as monitor/alarms for up to 12 channels. For example, the MINCO CT224 is a 12-channel temperature/process monitor. It is designed to provide critical feedback to prevent costly damage to machinery. It is capable of over-temperature and under-temperature protection and has Windows compatible software for easy reprogramming and data logging.
