Horizontal drilling machines from Century Machine Inc. are used for all types of drilling, boring, and honing applications. Our equipment offers smooth motion no matter how much load is involved.  They utilize heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders for reciprocation, ensuring movement is always fully controlled. They can bore diameters ranging up to 36 inches, their speeds are totally variable, and they are equipped with LED and LCD read-outs. These read-outs display information such as spindle RPM and stroke speed, as well as DNC programming and time. Our company was founded in 1975, and we lend our expertise when serving our customers.

Horizontal drilling machines

We offer several models of horizontal machines. All of them are self-contained, and feature ISO certified components such as solenoid-controlled directional valves. The spindle centerpiece on our equipment is situated to offer easy work handling and an unobstructed view. Here are some specifications on our various machine models:

• Our 92H-15 model can bore diameters up to 13.5 inches, and make strokes of 15 feet. It has a 15 HP motor.
• Our 74H model is capable of boring diameters of 19.5 inches, and strokes up to 22 feet. The motor is 10 HP.
• Our 75H model can bore maximum diameters of 19.5 inches, has stroke lengths up to 44 feet, and a 15 HP motor.
