Sugatsune has hooks that meet decorative and functional demands. HK-CH35: Counter Hooks

The HK-CH35 hooks are an ideal solution for under-mount use. Designed to be used in boards that are 25.4 mm (one inch) thick or more with separate 3-mm-thick spacers, for versatile application options. For installing, simply bore into the board and screw fix that will conceal the hook body. A cover should then be placed overtop. The hook arm can be seen at the edge when used, which allows users to identify hook location and to place items. When object is released, the hook arm retracts and soft-closes for luxurious effect. There is a clear bumper where the hook arm meets its body. The HK-CH35 hook is available in black, brown, and silver and has a load capacity of up to ten kg (22 lbs).

NF-K & NF-R series: Recessed Hooks

These hang objects, such as coats, hats, and bags in vibration or shock environments, such as near heavy-duty machine equipment, or in RV, mobile-home, train, or bus interiors. Retractable and adaptable to sheet metal, the NF-K and NF-R are unique hooks. Available in pearl chrome plating, chrome plating, and matte black, they offer a sleek aesthetic. Hooks of these series may be mounted in wood cutout or may be adapted to sheet metal with bracket NF-50. The hook end point has a small overhang to prevent items from falling. When object is released from hooking, the arm automatically folds back in place due to the spring-loaded mechanism.

The hook arm rests in square or round base made of zinc alloy, in NF-K and NF-R respectively, creating a neat design and ensuring safety. When in the resting position, the hook arm joins the base on a cushioning rubber. For mounting onto wood, remove the cushioning rubber and insert screw at its location. It’s all in the details; these recessed hooks each contain a knurled pin made of 303 stainless steel to join hook arm to base construction with a spring made of 304 stainless steel for durability. Each hook has a load capacity of up to 20 kg (44 lbs).
