Turnbuckles
We can produce turnbuckles in materials such as 316 stainless steel, mild carbon steel, and more. The available options for finishes include self-coloured, black oxide, hot dipped, electro galvanized and electro polished. Our turnbuckle fittings are available with right hand and left hand threads, and we have the capability to offer thread types such as UNC, UNF, metric, and ACME.

Turnbuckle forging process
We have the capability to perform both open-die and closed-die forging methods, in addition to upset forging. All of our products are made in our manufacturing plant in Jefferson, Ohio, which spans 250,000 sq. ft. including a 12,000 sq. ft. shipping area. Once we’ve produced the parts to meet all of our customers’ requirements, they are subjected to our thorough quality assurance process. We provide full traceability and lot control, and we perform 200 per cent proof load test and magnetic particle inspections.
