We manufacture a variety of horizontal and vertical honing machines. Our equipment is self-contained and can achieve bore diameters up to 36 inches and strokes up to 44 feet. They feature LED and LCD read-outs for monitoring RPM, stroke speed, and program settings. Our horizontal machines are available with variable speed control ranging from 28 to 269 RPM. Honing machines

Our machines feature controlled and rapid expansion of the abrasives. Initially, the abrasives are expanded at a higher rate, and once they contact the bore surface, the expansion instantly slows to a pre-determined speed.

• Our model 86V vertical honing machine has a 15 HP motor, stroke lengths up to 72 inches, and speeds up to 220 RPM.
• The 92H-15 horizontal machine has a 15 HP motor, strokes up to 15 feet, and bore diameters up to 13.5 inches.
• The 74H Series machines has a 10 HP motor, stroke lengths ranging up to 22 feet, and is capable of boring diameters up to 19.5 inches.
• Our 75H Series honing machines uses a 15 HP motor and offers stroke lengths up to 44 feet, and bore diameters up to 19.5 inches.
