Honing Machines

We manufacture a variety of horizontal and vertical honing machines. Our equipment is self-contained and can achieve bore diameters up to 36 inches and strokes up to 44 feet. They feature LED and LCD read-outs for monitoring RPM, stroke speed, and program settings. Our horizontal machines are available with variable speed control ranging from 28 to 269 RPM. At Century Machine Inc., we recognize that high quality and precision are of the utmost importance in the honing industry. We always work to exceed the expectations of our customers and accommodate all of their special requirements.

Honing machines

Our machines feature controlled and rapid expansion of the abrasives. Initially, the abrasives are expanded at a higher rate, and once they contact the bore surface, the expansion instantly slows to a pre-determined speed.
