Honing

Our machines are self-contained and can bore diameters up to 36 inches. The tooling equipment we offer is made from alloys that are shock and wear resistant. They are suitable for use on rough surfaced, out-of-round bores. We have the capability to produce custom designed tool heads. 

Honing fluids from Century Machine provide lubrication and reduce the heat generated by honing operations. This will make your tools last longer and protect work pieces from damage.

We provide abrasives including both stones and cloth. Our manufactured stones range from vitrified bonds to silicon carbide and diamond metal bond. Our aluminum oxide resin cloth is long-lasting and available in grits ranging from 36 to 400.
