Hoist Rings
A wide selection of hoist rings are available from Ken Forging Inc. The various types we can offer include longbar, metric, and standard U-bar. They are made with AISI 4140 alloy and have a black oxide finish. We can supply hoist rings capable of swiveling 360 degrees and pivoting 180 degrees. Our standard fasteners are shipped same-day so they can promptly delivered to your location. We are also capable of making custom forgings with rapid turnaround. Our custom products are limited only by a maximum weight of 250 Lbs. Industrial hardware and fasteners from Ken Forging are built to meet or exceed all of our customers’ expectations.
Hoist rings
The maximum rated capacities for our various hoist rings range up to 50,000 Lbs. for standard U-bar style, 10,000 Lbs. for longbar style, and 49,604 Lbs. for our metric models. Here are some details on our selection of metric hoist rings:

Hoist ring expertise
Our company began in 1970 as a small start-up company with a focus on tool and die work. Since then, Ken Forging Inc. has never strayed from our commitment to providing only top quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Today, we employ over 130 dedicated professionals.
Hoist ring manufacturing process
We perform our manufacturing in our 250,000 sq. ft. plant in Northeast Ohio. Our hoist rings are subject to comprehensive quality assurance measures. We perform 200 per cent proof-testing on all of our hoist rings, 100 per cent magnetic particle inspections on all bolts, and all of the other load bearing components are inspected to MIL-STD-105 and ASTM E709-08.
