We use screw machines to make custom products in many varieties. We can manufacture fasteners, automotive parts, and various components in all types of materials and in a range of sizes. We have several multi-spindle automatic screw machines with capacities up to 2 1/4″. Our CNC lathes can handle up to 10” slugs and 3” round material. We have extensive experience making screw machine products including various fasteners, hydraulic fittings and valves, studs, pins, nuts and more. We can apply threading and knurling to our products. We also offer finishes including heat treating, anodizing, and various coatings.
