We can produce a wide variety of custom products using our extensive array of equipment. We utilize more than 100 machines including multi-spindle machines with up to 1-3/4 inch capacities, CNC machines with up to 60mm capacities, rotary transfer machines with up to 45mm capacities, and single spindle machines with up to 2-3/8 inch capacities. In addition, we offer many secondary operations such as assembly, broaching, centerless grinding, drilling, machining, milling, plunge grinding, and thread rolling. We have experience machining materials including aluminum, copper alloys, lead free brass, nylon, stainless steel, steel, Teflon and titanium. The parts we produce range from plumbing fittings and automotive bushings to spacers for electronics.
