We make high precision machine parts using a wide array of cutting-edge equipment. We use more than 100 machines including multi-spindle and CNC equipment. We have the capability to machine parts up to 2-3/8 inches in diameter. We also provide an array of secondary operations including grinding, drilling and milling. As a custom machining shop, we can produce parts of many types and sizes. Our capabilities include multi-spindle machining up to 1-3/4″, CNC machining up to 60mm, rotary transfer machining up to 45mm, and much more. We have experience machining metals including aluminum, copper, brass, steel, and titanium. We also work with plastics such as nylon and Teflon. We have extensive experience creating parts and devices for applications including appliances, consumer products, manufacturing tools, lighting, automotive, and electronics. Our secondary operations department can offer services such as assembly, tapping, broaching, and thread rolling. We also use certified sub-contractors to provide other finishing processes including tin plating, zinc plating, chrome plating, heat treating, anodizing, black oxide, magni coating, and more.

We utilize Just-In-Time and Kanban inventory management to make our operation as efficient as possible. We can provide prototype parts during the design phase of your project to ensure your satisfaction. When your products are completed, we wash, package and promptly ship them, or we can provide storage until your parts are needed. We have an excellent Quality Assurance program and we are ISO registered. All of our employees contribute to the ongoing improvement of our product quality and the efficiency of our processes.
