Wainbee Limited supplies a range of gear pumps capable of handling high pressures with long service life and low noise levels. Our selection includes a variety of both internal and external gear models made by leading manufacturers such as Bucher Hydraulics and Parker Hannifin Corp. The many benefits of these pumps include the ability to handle special fluids, insensitivity to contamination, and low susceptibility to cavitation. Gear pumps
We supply pumps that are ideal for lift hydraulics and fork lift trucks, as they work as a pump when lifting and then can recover energy when loads are lowered.
For example, from Bucher Hydraulics, we supply the QXM internal gear drive unit. It can be used as both a pump and a motor for open-loop and closed-loop hydrostatic drives. The maximum continuous pressure rating for these pumps is 320 bar, and they are capable of peak pressures up to 400 bar. The effective displacement ranges from 5-250 cm³/rev, and speeds range from 100 to 6000 rpm. The viscocity range is 10-300 mm²/s.
Our product offering also includes a variety of Parker gear pumps, including models for both industrial processes and mobile applications. They feature interlocking body designs, high efficiency due to the pressure balanced designs, and a variety of integral valves for fan drives, power brakes, power steering, etc.
