Gear Pumps
We supply a variety of gear pumps ranging from compact models up to extreme duty pumps suitable for the most demanding applications. They are rated for temperatures up to 375 C and pressures up to 400 psi. We provide economical, low maintenance and flexible solutions that are suitable for any pumping application. Gear pumps
Gorman-Rupp G Series
We offer a range of Gorman-Rupp G Series rotary gear pumps, ranging from medium duty to extreme duty. They are constructed with materials including cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel. They are available with various drive arrangements including close-coupled, gear reducer, flex-coupled, and v-belt drive. They have maximum capacities up to 600 gpm (37.9 lps), maximum pressures up to 400 psi (27.6 bar), and maximum viscosities up to 2,000,000 ssu (440,000 Cst.). They have temperature ranges from -75 to 675 F (-60 to 357C).
Compact gear pumps
We can supply compact, 1” internal gear pumps made by AMT Pumps. They feature cast iron construction, carbon bushing, high strength gears, non-pulsating flow, and an adjustable relief valve set to 75 psi. These pumps are self-priming, and deliver up to 12 gpm. They are capable of lifting 15 feet, and have sealing pressures up to 200 psi. Available models include bare shaft, a 1.5 HP TEFC or explosion proof motors.
