Line of Gasket Material

Choose from a wide range of sizes and thicknesses felt gaskets crafted from our S.A.E. industrial felt available in grades F-1, F-3, F-5, F-7, F-10, F-11, F-13, F-15, F-26, F-50, F-51, and F-55. Wool content ranges from 55% – 100% depending on the grade.

Our cork gaskets are offered in virtually any size, made of all-natural composition cork, our cork gaskets can be custom made to suit your specific requirements.

Cork and rubber gaskets are available in the sizes you require. Common types we offer include: BC 351, HC 60, NCA 45, and the SP 52. Gaskets can also be ordered with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing upon request.

Rubber gaskets are available in open cell (anti skid), closed cell (neoprene) sponge rubber, and our 80 duro neoprene (hard rubber) in standard black. They are available in a variety of sizes, thickness and density levels.

Neoprene gaskets include closed cell sponge neoprene and our hard rubber 80 duro neoprene. Both are available in the size and thickness of your choice. These come in standard black and can be ordered with adhesive backing.

Custom Manufacturing Process

We manufacture specialty gaskets upon request. Our customized services include custom CNC cutting, sewing, die/kiss cutting, and PSA coating.
